Általános Szerződési Feltételek (ÁSZF)

Kérjük, a vásárlás befejezése előtt olvassa el az alábbi feltételeket a Wraith Dreams Software termékeinek használatára vonatkozóan.

1. A szolgáltatás jellege és licenckulcs

A vásárlással Ön egy egyedi, egyszeri licenckulcsot (Serial Key) vásárol, amellyel aktiválhatja az adott szoftvertermék Premium/teljes verziós funkcióit. A megvásárolt programot a vásárlónak a hivatalos weboldalról (wraithdreams.com) kell letöltenie és telepítenie.

2. Licenc használati korlátozások (HWID kötés)

Egy licenckulcs egy számítógéphez: Minden licenckulcs egyedi hardverazonosítóhoz (HWID) kapcsolódik az aktiválás során. Egy alapértelmezett (Standard/Premium) licenckulcs egyszerre kizárólag 1 (egy) számítógépen használható.
Kivétel (Enterprise licenc): A kifejezetten „Enterprise” (Vállalati) licencként megvásárolt kulcsok egy időben legfeljebb 5 (öt) különböző számítógépen aktiválhatók és használhatók.
Visszafejtési tilalom: Szigorúan tilos a szoftver forráskódjának visszafejtése (reverse engineering), dekompilálása, módosítása vagy a másolásvédelmi mechanizmusok megkerülése.
Kereskedelmi használat: A Premium licenc engedélyezi a szoftver kereskedelmi (üzleti) célú használatát, de a licenckulcs megosztása harmadik felekkel szigorúan tilos.

3. Pénzvisszafizetési garancia kizárása (Nem visszatéríthető)

FONTOS: Tekintettel arra, hogy a licenckulcs azonnali digitális tartalomnak minősül, amely a sikeres fizetés után automatikusan generálódik és kiküldésre kerül az Ön email címére, a vásárlás nem visszatéríthető (Non-refundable). A fizetés indításával Ön kifejezetten beleegyezik a digitális tartalom azonnali biztosításába, és tudomásul veszi, hogy ezzel elveszíti az elállási és pénzvisszafizetési jogát (az EU 2011/83/EU irányelve alapján).

4. Felelősség korlátozása (Limitation of Liability)

A fejlesztő (Szabó Norbert-Zsolt PFA) semmilyen körülmények között nem felelős a szoftver használatából vagy használatának képtelenségéből eredő közvetlen vagy közvetett károkért (beleértve, de nem kizárólagosan: adatvesztés, üzleti profit kiesése, számítógépek meghibásodása vagy a szoftver által generált hibás adatokból adódó jogi/pénzügyi következmények).

5. Algoritmusok és Mesterséges Intelligencia (AI) pontossági felelősségkizárása

Bizonyos szoftvertermékeink mesterséges intelligenciát (AI) vagy komplex algoritmusokat használhatnak a feladatok (pl. leíratás, fordítás, feldolgozás) elvégzéséhez. Ön tudomásul veszi, hogy az AI-alapú és algoritmikus rendszerek működésükből adódóan tévedhetnek, hallucinálhatnak vagy pontatlan eredményt adhatnak. A fejlesztő nem vállal felelősséget a szoftver által generált adatok vagy leíratok pontosságáért.

6. Rendszerkövetelmények és hardver-kompatibilitás

A programok futtatása és feldolgozási sebessége nagyban függ az Ön számítógépének hardveres teljesítményétől. Ön kijelenti, hogy ellenőrizte a megvásárolt szoftver egyedi rendszerkövetelményeit (pl. RAM, GPU támogatás, operációs rendszer verzió), és olyan számítógépen futtatja azt, amely megfelel ezeknek. A nem megfelelő hardver miatti lassú működés vagy futási hiba nem képezheti reklamáció vagy visszatérítés alapját.

7. Szerver elérhetőség és licenc visszavonása

A szoftver az aktiváláshoz és az időszakos licencellenőrzéshez internetkapcsolatot és a licencszerverünk elérését igényli. A szerver karbantartásából vagy külső szolgáltatók hibájából adódó ideiglenes leállás nem minősül szerződésszegésnek. A fejlesztő fenntartja a jogot a licenc azonnali, visszatérítés nélküli visszavonására, amennyiben a vásárló megszegi a jelen ÁSZF-ben foglalt feltételeket vagy csalást követ el (pl. jogosulatlan visszaterhelés / chargeback).

Termeni și Condiții de Utilizare

Vă rugăm să citiți următorii termeni și condiții înainte de a finaliza achiziția produselor software furnizate de Wraith Dreams Software.

1. Natura serviciului și cheia de licență

Prin această achiziție, cumpărați o cheie de licență unică (Serial Key) pentru a activa funcțiile Premium/complete ale produsului software achiziționat. Aplicația trebuie descărcată și instalată de către cumpărător de pe site-ul oficial (wraithdreams.com).

2. Restricții de utilizare a licenței (HWID Binding)

O licență pentru un singur computer: Fiecare cheie de licență este asociată unui identificator hardware unic (HWID) în timpul activării. O licență standard/Premium poate fi utilizată doar pe 1 (un) computer simultan.
Excepție (Licență Enterprise): Cheile de licență achiziționate în mod expres ca licențe „Enterprise” pot fi activate și utilizate pe maximum 5 (cinci) computere diferite în același timp.
Interdicția de inginerie inversă: Este strict interzisă decompilarea, modificarea, decriptarea sau încercarea de a obține codul sursă al software-ului sau ocolirea mecanismelor de protecție.
Utilizare comercială: Licența Premium permite utilizarea software-ului în scopuri comerciale (de afaceri), însă partajarea cheii de licență cu terți este strict interzisă.

3. Excluderea dreptului de returnare / Rambursare (Nerambursabil)

IMPORTANT: Având în vedere că cheia de licență reprezintă un conținut digital livrat instantaneu, care este generat și trimis automat pe adresa dvs. de e-mail după plată, achiziția este finală și nerambursabilă (Non-refundable). Prin finalizarea comenzii, vă exprimați acordul expres pentru furnizarea imediată a conținutului digital și confirmați că ați luat cunoștință de faptul că vă pierdeți dreptul de retragere și rambursare (conform Directivei UE 2011/83/UE).

4. Limitarea răspunderii (Limitarea răspunderii)

Dezvoltatorul (Szabó Norbert-Zsolt PFA) nu va fi răspunzător în nicio circumstanță pentru daune directe sau indirecte (inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la: pierderi de date, pierderi de profit, defectarea computerului sau consecințe juridice/financiare rezultate din utilizarea de date eronate generate de software) ce decurg din utilizarea sau imposibilitatea de a utiliza software-ul.

5. Declinarea responsabilității privind algoritmii și Inteligența Artificială (IA)

Unele dintre produsele noastre software pot utiliza inteligența artificială (IA) sau algoritmi complexi pentru realizarea sarcinilor (de exemplu transcriere, traducere sau procesare). Luați la cunoștință că sistemele bazate pe IA și algoritmi pot face erori sau pot genera rezultate inexacte. Operatorul nu își asumă răspunderea pentru acuratețea datelor generate de software.

6. Cerințe de sistem și compatibilitate hardware

Rularea aplicațiilor și viteza de procesare depind în mare măsură de performanța hardware a computerului dvs. Declarați că ați verificat cerințele specifice de sistem ale software-ului achiziționat (de exemplu RAM, compatibilitate GPU, sistem de operare) și că îl veți rula pe un computer adecvat. Funcționarea lentă sau erorile cauzate de hardware necorespunzător nu pot constitui motiv de reclamație sau rambursare.

7. Disponibilitatea serverului și revocarea licenței

Software-ul necesită o conexiune activă la internet și acces la serverul nostru de licențiere pentru activare și verificări periodice. Întreruperile temporare din cauza mentenanței sau a unor terți furnizori nu constituie o încălcare a contractului. Dezvoltatorul își rezervă dreptul de a revoca licența imediat, fără rambursare, dacă utilizatorul încalcă acești termeni sau inițiază o dispută de plată frauduloasă (chargeback).

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing software licenses from Wraith Dreams Software.

1. Nature of Service and License Key

By making this purchase, you are acquiring a unique license key (Serial Key) to activate the Premium/full features of the purchased software product. The desktop application must be downloaded and installed by the customer from the official website (wraithdreams.com).

2. License Restrictions (HWID Binding)

One license per machine: Each license key is bound to a unique Hardware ID (HWID) upon activation. A standard/Premium license key may only be used on 1 (one) computer at a time.
Exception (Enterprise License): License keys purchased specifically as "Enterprise" licenses can be activated and used on up to 5 (five) different computers concurrently.
Reverse Engineering Prohibition: You may not decompile, disassemble, modify, reverse engineer, or bypass copying protection mechanisms of the software.
Commercial Use: The Premium license permits commercial (business) use, but sharing the license key with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

IMPORTANT: Because the license key is a digital product delivered instantly (automatically generated and emailed to you immediately after payment), all purchases are final and non-refundable. By initiating the payment, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal or refund (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer (Szabó Norbert-Zsolt PFA) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, hardware damage, or legal/financial consequences arising from errors generated by the software) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

5. Algorithm and AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Certain software products may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) or complex algorithms to perform tasks (e.g., transcription, translation, processing). You acknowledge that AI-based and algorithmic systems can make mistakes or generate inaccurate results. The developer accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any data generated by the software.

6. System Requirements and Hardware Compatibility

Running the applications and processing speed depend heavily on your computer's hardware performance. You declare that you have verified the specific system requirements of the purchased software (e.g., RAM size, GPU support, OS version) and will run it on a compatible machine. Slow performance or runtime errors caused by insufficient hardware shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Server Availability and License Revocation

The software requires an active internet connection and access to our licensing server for activation and periodic validation. Temporary downtime due to server maintenance or third-party issues does not constitute a breach of contract. The developer reserves the right to terminate the license immediately, without refund, if the customer violates these terms or initiates a fraudulent chargeback.
