Vă rugăm să citiți următorii termeni și condiții înainte de a finaliza achiziția produselor software furnizate de Wraith Dreams Software. Acest document acoperă toate produsele software distribuite de furnizor; unde este relevant, prevederile specifice unui anumit produs sunt menționate explicit ca atare (de exemplu Whisper Transcription Pro).
Prin această achiziție, cumpărați o cheie de licență unică (Serial Key) pentru a activa funcțiile Premium/complete ale produsului software achiziționat. Aplicația trebuie descărcată și instalată de către cumpărător de pe site-ul oficial (wraithdreams.com).
Este responsabilitatea exclusivă a cumpărătorului să furnizeze o adresă de e-mail corectă și validă în timpul plății. În cazul în care cumpărătorul introduce o adresă de e-mail greșită sau își pierde ulterior cheia de licență în orice mod (de exemplu, ștergerea e-mailului, pierderea accesului), dezvoltatorul nu este obligat să furnizeze o nouă cheie, iar cumpărătorul nu are dreptul de a solicita o nouă cheie în mod gratuit. Păstrarea și stocarea securizată a cheii de licență este responsabilitatea exclusivă a cumpărătorului.
Prin achiziționarea licenței și utilizarea aplicației, utilizatorul își exprimă acordul expres pentru colectarea adresei de e-mail și utilizarea acesteia în scopul activării licenței, verificării și funcționării software-ului. Adresa de e-mail va fi utilizată în scopuri de marketing doar cu acordul separat și expres al utilizatorului. Prin achiziționarea și utilizarea programului, confirmați că sunteți conștient de faptul că prin e-mail achiziționați și primiți exclusiv cheia de licență (Serial Key). Software-ul în sine trebuie descărcat și instalat de către utilizator de pe site-ul oficial (wraithdreams.com) sau din spațiul oficial Google Drive asociat cu [email protected].
Software-ul este în curs de dezvoltare continuă și pot apărea mici erori sau anomalii. Dezvoltatorul lansează actualizări periodice pentru a remedia aceste probleme. Dacă întâmpinați anomalii, le puteți raporta prin intermediul formularului de feedback integrat în program, descriind detaliat eroarea, sau la [email protected].
Wraith Dreams Software nu își asumă nicio responsabilitate pentru consecințele dăunătoare cauzate de instalatoare obținute din surse neoficiale. Utilizarea versiunilor modificate sau sparte nu garantează funcționarea sigură și fără viruși.
Vârsta minimă și capacitatea juridică: Prin achiziționarea și utilizarea produsului, declarați că aveți cel puțin 18 ani sau vârsta majoratului legal aplicabilă în jurisdicția dumneavoastră și că aveți capacitatea juridică deplină de a încheia acest contract.
IMPORTANT: Licențele noastre funcționează pe model „freemium cu achiziție unică" (one-time purchase): plătiți o singură dată pentru cheia de licență, nu este vorba de un abonament recurent. Cheia achiziționată vă dă dreptul de a primi actualizări gratuite ale software-ului atât timp cât dezvoltatorul continuă să lanseze actualizări pentru produsul respectiv. Dezvoltatorul își rezervă dreptul de a înceta, la propria discreție și fără notificare prealabilă, dezvoltarea ulterioară sau lansarea de noi actualizări pentru orice produs, fără ca aceasta să constituie o încălcare a acestor Termeni sau un motiv de rambursare — funcționalitatea existentă la momentul achiziției rămâne utilizabilă. Software-ul se poate actualiza automat; continuarea utilizării după o actualizare constituie acceptarea eventualelor modificări funcționale aduse de acea versiune.
Notă: unele produse software distribuite de Wraith Dreams Software pot oferi, separat, o variantă de licență „Enterprise" cu activare pe mai multe computere simultan — o astfel de variantă NU este disponibilă în prezent pentru Whisper Transcription Pro, care oferă exclusiv licențierea standard, cu un singur loc de activare, descrisă mai sus.
Software-ul și toate drepturile de proprietate intelectuală aferente rămân proprietatea exclusivă a dezvoltatorului. Prin achiziționarea unei chei de licență, primiți exclusiv un drept limitat, neexclusiv și netransferabil de UTILIZARE a software-ului, în conformitate cu acești Termeni — nu dobândiți niciun drept de proprietate asupra software-ului, codului sursă sau oricărei componente a acestuia.
Software-ul poate fi utilizat și fără achiziționarea unei chei de licență, în modul Demo/Gratuit, cu funcționalitate redusă (de exemplu, fără gestionarea proiectelor, cu limitări privind numărul de fișiere procesate simultan sau formatele de export disponibile). Modul Demo/Gratuit are scopul de a permite testarea produsului înainte de achiziție și nu constituie o versiune completă a produsului. Detaliile exacte ale limitărilor pot fi consultate în aplicație și în manualul de utilizare.
IMPORTANT: Având în vedere că cheia de licență reprezintă un conținut digital livrat instantaneu, care este generat și trimis automat pe adresa dvs. de e-mail după plată, achiziția este finală și nerambursabilă (Non-refundable). Prin finalizarea comenzii, vă exprimați acordul expres pentru furnizarea imediată a conținutului digital și confirmați că ați luat cunoștință de faptul că vă pierdeți dreptul de retragere și rambursare (conform Directivei UE 2011/83/UE).
Software-ul este furnizat "CA ATARE" (AS IS) și "AȘA CUM ESTE DISPONIBIL" (AS AVAILABLE), fără nicio garanție de niciun fel, expresă sau implicită, inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la, garanțiile implicite de vandabilitate, adecvare pentru un anumit scop sau neîncălcare a drepturilor terților.
Dezvoltatorul (Szabó Norbert-Zsolt PFA) nu va fi răspunzător în nicio circumstanță pentru daune directe sau indirecte (inclusiv, dar fără a se limita la: pierderi de date, pierderi de profit, defectarea computerului sau consecințe juridice/financiare rezultate din utilizarea de date eronate generate de software) ce decurg din utilizarea sau imposibilitatea de a utiliza software-ul. Nimic din acești Termeni nu limitează drepturile obligatorii ale consumatorilor prevăzute de legislația aplicabilă și care nu pot fi excluse prin contract.
Software-ul utilizează modele avansate de inteligență artificială (OpenAI Whisper / Faster-Whisper, suita PyAnnote 3.1: pyannote/speaker-diarization-3.1, pyannote/segmentation-3.0, pyannote/speaker-diarization-community-1, WeSpeaker, furnizate securizat prin Hugging Face Hub) pentru transcrierea, traducerea și diarizarea acustică a vorbitorilor din fișiere audio și video. Luați la cunoștință și acceptați în mod expres că, chiar și în cazul celor mai performante și moderne modele de IA, pot apărea așa-numite "halucinații" (generarea de text inexistent, inexact, scos din context sau fictiv) sau imperfecțiuni în delimitarea automată a vorbitorilor, în special în cazul procesării fișierelor audio cu zgomot de fundal, calitate slabă, voci suprapuse sau timbru similar.
Este responsabilitatea și obligația exclusivă a utilizatorului să verifice, să revizuiască și să corecteze conținutul transcrierilor, traducerilor, delimitărilor de vorbitori și datelor generate de aplicație înainte de utilizarea, publicarea sau aplicarea acestora în orice scop de afaceri, juridic sau oficial. Dezvoltatorul (Szabó Norbert Zsolt PFA - Wraith Dreams Software) își declină în mod expres orice răspundere pentru daunele directe sau indirecte, pierderile de profit sau prejudiciile cauzate terților rezultate din date inexact generate, neînțelegeri sau halucinații ale inteligenței artificiale.
Rularea aplicațiilor și viteza de procesare depind în mare măsură de performanța hardware a computerului dvs. Declarați că ați verificat cerințele specifice de sistem ale software-ului achiziționat (de exemplu RAM, compatibilitate GPU, sistem de operare) și că îl veți rula pe un computer adecvat. Funcționarea lentă sau erorile cauzate de hardware necorespunzător nu pot constitui motiv de reclamație sau rambursare.
Utilizatorul este de acord că, din cauza limitărilor hardware ale computerului său (de exemplu VRAM sau RAM scăzut), aplicația poate să nu permită toate modurile de procesare.
Software-ul necesită o conexiune activă la internet și acces la serverul nostru de licențiere pentru activare și verificări periodice. Întreruperile temporare din cauza mentenanței sau a unor terți furnizori nu constituie o încălcare a contractului.
Dacă întâmpinați o problemă legată de licența dvs. sau de plată, vă rugăm să ne contactați mai întâi la [email protected] — majoritatea problemelor pot fi rezolvate direct. Dezvoltatorul își rezervă dreptul de a revoca licența imediat, fără rambursare, dacă utilizatorul încalcă acești termeni sau inițiază o dispută de plată frauduloasă (chargeback) fără a contacta în prealabil serviciul de suport.
Dezvoltatorul nu este răspunzător pentru nicio întârziere sau eșec în îndeplinirea obligațiilor sale, dacă acestea sunt cauzate de evenimente aflate în afara controlului său rezonabil (de exemplu, întreruperi ale infrastructurii de internet, dezastre naturale, indisponibilitatea furnizorilor terți precum Stripe sau furnizorul de găzduire).
Acești Termeni sunt guvernați de legislația română. Orice litigiu va fi soluționat de instanțele competente din România. Dacă sunteți consumator rezident într-un alt stat membru al Uniunii Europene, această clauză nu vă privează de protecția acordată de dispozițiile legale obligatorii ale legislației privind protecția consumatorilor din statul dumneavoastră de reședință, care nu pot fi înlăturate prin acord contractual.
Dacă orice prevedere a acestor Termeni este considerată nevalidă sau inaplicabilă, celelalte prevederi rămân pe deplin în vigoare.
În cazul unor discrepanțe între versiunile lingvistice ale acestui document, versiunea în limba română este cea de referință, întrucât furnizorul este înregistrat ca PFA în România.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing software licenses from Wraith Dreams Software. This document covers all software products distributed by the provider; where relevant, provisions specific to a particular product are explicitly identified as such (e.g. Whisper Transcription Pro).
By making this purchase, you are acquiring a unique license key (Serial Key) to activate the Premium/full features of the purchased software product. The desktop application must be downloaded and installed by the customer from the official website (wraithdreams.com).
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and valid email address during checkout. In the event that the customer enters an incorrect email address or subsequently loses the license key in any manner (e.g., email deletion, loss of access), the developer is not obligated to issue a replacement key, and the customer is not entitled to request a new key free of charge. Safeguarding and securely storing the license key is the sole responsibility of the customer.
By purchasing a license and using the application, the user explicitly consents to the collection of their email address and its processing for software license activation, verification, and operation. Marketing communications will only be sent if the user provides separate, explicit consent. For full details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy (privacy.html).
By purchasing and using the program, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely purchasing a digital license key (Serial Key) delivered via email. The software installer itself must be downloaded by the user from the official website (wraithdreams.com) or from the official Google Drive storage associated with [email protected].
The software is subject to continuous updates and improvements, and minor bugs or anomalies may occur. The developer regularly releases updates to address these issues. If you encounter any issues, you can report them directly using the program's built-in feedback form, specifying the details of the anomaly, or by emailing [email protected].
Wraith Dreams Software accepts no liability for any harmful consequences resulting from installers obtained from unofficial sources. Using cracked or unofficially distributed installers does not guarantee virus-free or secure operation.
Minimum age and legal capacity: By purchasing and using the product, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
IMPORTANT: Our licenses are "freemium, one-time purchase" — you pay once for the license key; this is not a recurring subscription. Your purchased key entitles you to free software updates for as long as the developer continues to release updates for that product. The developer reserves the right to discontinue, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, further development or the release of new updates for any product, without this constituting a breach of these Terms or grounds for a refund — the functionality that existed at the time of your purchase remains usable. The software may update itself automatically; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any functional changes introduced by that version.
Note: some software products distributed by Wraith Dreams Software may separately offer an "Enterprise" license tier supporting simultaneous activation on multiple computers — such a tier is NOT currently available for Whisper Transcription Pro, which offers only the standard, single-seat licensing described above.
The software and all intellectual property rights therein remain the exclusive property of the developer. By purchasing a license key, you are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to USE the software in accordance with these Terms — you acquire no ownership rights in the software, its source code, or any component thereof.
The software can also be used without purchasing a license key, in Free/Demo mode, with reduced functionality (for example, without project management, or with limits on the number of files processed simultaneously or the export formats available). Free/Demo mode is intended to let you evaluate the product before purchase and does not constitute a complete version of the product. Exact limitations are described within the application and in the user manual.
IMPORTANT: Because the license key is a digital product delivered instantly (automatically generated and emailed to you immediately after payment), all purchases are final and non-refundable. By initiating the payment, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal or refund (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Under no circumstances shall the developer (Szabó Norbert-Zsolt PFA) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, hardware damage, or legal/financial consequences arising from errors generated by the software) arising out of the use or inability to use the software. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
The software utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence and deep learning models (OpenAI Whisper, Faster-Whisper, official PyAnnote 3.1 pipeline: pyannote/speaker-diarization-3.1, pyannote/segmentation-3.0, pyannote/speaker-diarization-community-1, WeSpeaker, fetched via Hugging Face Hub) for speech-to-text transcription, translation, and acoustic speaker diarization / voice timbre segmentation. You expressly acknowledge and agree that even with state-of-the-art AI models, "hallucinations" (i.e., the generation of inaccurate, out-of-context, fabricated, or non-existent text) or speaker boundary misalignments may occur, particularly when processing noisy, low-quality, overlapping, or ambiguous audio.
It is the sole responsibility and obligation of the user to independently verify, review, and validate the accuracy of all transcriptions, translations, speaker turns, and data generated by the software prior to any publication, commercial use, legal, or official reliance. The developer (Szabó Norbert Zsolt PFA - Wraith Dreams Software) expressly disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or third-party claims arising from inaccurate output, misinterpretations, or AI hallucinations produced by the software.
Running the applications and processing speed depend heavily on your computer's hardware performance. You declare that you have verified the specific system requirements of the purchased software (e.g., RAM size, GPU support, OS version) and will run it on a compatible machine. Slow performance or runtime errors caused by insufficient hardware shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
The user agrees that due to the limitations of their computer hardware (e.g. low VRAM or RAM), the application may not enable all processing modes.
The software requires an active internet connection and access to our licensing server for activation and periodic validation. Temporary downtime due to server maintenance or third-party issues does not constitute a breach of contract.
If you experience an issue with your license or payment, please contact us first at [email protected] — most issues can be resolved directly. The developer reserves the right to terminate the license immediately, without refund, if the customer violates these terms or initiates a fraudulent chargeback without first contacting support.
The developer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or the unavailability of third-party providers such as Stripe or the hosting provider).
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which cannot be waived by contractual agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions of this document, the Romanian version shall prevail, as the provider is registered as a sole trader (PFA) in Romania.

Amennyiben a vásárló hibás e-mail címet ad meg, vagy a licenckulcsot a későbbiekben bármilyen módon elveszíti (pl. e-mail törlése, hozzáférés elvesztése), a fejlesztő nem köteles új kulcsot biztosítani, és a vásárló nem jogosult új kulcs ingyenes igénylésére. A licenckulcs megőrzése és biztonságos tárolása kizárólag a vásárló felelőssége.
A licenc megvásárlásával és az alkalmazás használatával a felhasználó kifejezetten hozzájárul az e-mail címének a szoftver licenc-aktiválásához, ellenőrzéséhez és működéséhez szükséges kezeléséhez. Marketing célú megkeresésekre kizárólag a felhasználó külön, kifejezett hozzájárulása esetén kerül sor. Az adatkezelés részleteiért lásd az Adatvédelmi Nyilatkozatot (privacy.html).
A licenc megvásárlásával Ön kifejezetten tudomásul veszi és elfogadja, hogy e-mailben kizárólag a licenckulcsot (Serial Key) vásárolja meg és kapja meg. A szoftver telepítőjét a felhasználónak magának kell letöltenie a hivatalos weboldalról (wraithdreams.com) vagy a hivatalos [email protected] Google Drive tárhelyről.
A szoftver folyamatos fejlesztés alatt áll, így előfordulhatnak benne kisebb hibák vagy anomáliák. A fejlesztő rendszeres időközönként frissítéseket ad ki ezen hibák javítására. A Wraith Dreams Software semmilyen felelősséget nem vállal a nem hivatalos forrásból származó, módosított vagy feltört telepítők által okozott károkért vagy biztonsági kockázatokért. Ha a szoftvert nem a hivatalos forrásból tölti le, a fejlesztő nem tudja garantálni annak vírusmentességét és biztonságos működését.
Korhatár és szerződéskötési képesség: A termék megvásárlásával és használatával Ön kijelenti, hogy legalább 18 éves, vagy a lakóhelye szerinti jogrendszerben irányadó nagykorúsági határt elérte, és teljes cselekvőképességgel rendelkezik a jelen szerződés megkötéséhez.
FONTOS: Licenceink „freemium, egyszeri vásárlás" modellben működnek: a licenckulcsért egyszer fizet, ez nem visszatérő előfizetés. A megvásárolt kulcs feljogosítja Önt ingyenes szoftverfrissítésekre mindaddig, amíg a fejlesztő az adott termékhez frissítéseket ad ki. A fejlesztő fenntartja a jogot, hogy saját belátása szerint, előzetes értesítés nélkül megszüntesse bármely termék további fejlesztését vagy új frissítések kiadását, anélkül, hogy ez a jelen ÁSZF megszegésének vagy visszatérítési oknak minősülne — a vásárlás időpontjában meglévő funkcionalitás továbbra is használható marad. A szoftver automatikusan frissülhet; a frissítés utáni további használat az adott verzió esetleges funkcionális változásainak elfogadását jelenti.
Megjegyzés: a Wraith Dreams Software egyes más szoftvertermékeihez külön elérhető lehet egy „Enterprise" licencváltozat, amely több számítógépen történő egyidejű aktiválást tesz lehetővé — ilyen csomag a Whisper Transcription Pro esetében jelenleg NEM elérhető, ez a termék kizárólag a fent leírt, egy-géptes, standard licencelést kínálja.
A szoftver és minden szellemi tulajdonjog a fejlesztő kizárólagos tulajdona marad. A licenckulcs megvásárlásával Ön csak egy korlátozott, nem kizárólagos, át nem ruházható HASZNÁLATI jogot kap a szoftverre, a jelen ÁSZF-nek megfelelően — Ön nem szerez tulajdonjogot sem a szoftver, sem annak forráskódja, sem bármely alkotóeleme felett.
A szoftver licenckulcs megvásárlása nélkül is használható, Demo/Ingyenes módban, korlátozott funkcionalitással (például projektkezelés nélkül, vagy az egyidejűleg feldolgozható fájlok számának vagy az elérhető export-formátumoknak a korlátozásával). A Demo/Ingyenes mód célja, hogy a vásárlás előtt kipróbálhassa a terméket, és nem minősül a termék teljes verziójának. A pontos korlátozásokat az alkalmazás és a felhasználói kézikönyv tartalmazza.
FONTOS: Tekintettel arra, hogy a licenckulcs azonnali digitális tartalomnak minősül, amely a sikeres fizetés után automatikusan generálódik és kiküldésre kerül az Ön email címére, a vásárlás nem visszatéríthető (Non-refundable). A fizetés indításával Ön kifejezetten beleegyezik a digitális tartalom azonnali biztosításába, és tudomásul veszi, hogy ezzel elveszíti az elállási és pénzvisszafizetési jogát (az EU 2011/83/EU irányelve alapján).
A szoftver "ADOTT ÁLLAPOTBAN" (AS IS) és "AHOGY ELÉRHETŐ" (AS AVAILABLE) kerül biztosításra, mindennemű, kifejezett vagy vélelmezett szavatosság nélkül, ideértve — de nem kizárólagosan — a forgalomképességre, egy adott célra való alkalmasságra vagy harmadik felek jogainak be nem sértésére vonatkozó vélelmezett szavatosságot is.
A fejlesztő (Szabó Norbert-Zsolt PFA) semmilyen körülmények között nem felelős a szoftver használatából vagy használatának képtelenségéből eredő közvetlen vagy közvetett károkért (beleértve, de nem kizárólagosan: adatvesztés, üzleti profit kiesése, számítógépek meghibásodása vagy a szoftver által generált hibás adatokból adódó jogi/pénzügyi következmények). A jelen ÁSZF egyetlen rendelkezése sem korlátozza az alkalmazandó jog szerinti, szerződésben ki nem zárható kötelező fogyasztói jogokat.
A szoftver fejlett mesterséges intelligencia és gépi tanulási modelleket (OpenAI Whisper / Faster-Whisper, valamint a hivatalos PyAnnote 3.1 neurális rendszert: pyannote/speaker-diarization-3.1, pyannote/segmentation-3.0, pyannote/speaker-diarization-community-1, WeSpeaker, a Hugging Face Hubon keresztül elérve) használ a beszédfelismeréshez, fordításhoz és akusztikus beszélőfelismeréshez / hangszín-diarizációhoz. Ön kifejezetten tudomásul veszi és elfogadja, hogy még a legpontosabb és legmodernebb AI modellek esetében is előfordulhatnak úgynevezett "hallucinációk" (nem létező, pontatlan, kontextustól eltérő vagy kitalált szövegrészek generálása) vagy pontatlanságok a beszélőváltások elhelyezésében, különösen zajos, gyenge minőségű, átfedő vagy nem egyértelmű hanganyagok feldolgozásakor.
A felhasználó kizárólagos kötelezettsége és felelőssége a szoftver által generált leíratok, fordítások, beszélőazonosítások és adatok tartalmának ellenőrzése, felülvizsgálata és helyesbítése azok felhasználása, publikálása vagy bármilyen üzleti, jogi vagy hivatalos célú alkalmazása előtt. A fejlesztő (Szabó Norbert Zsolt PFA - Wraith Dreams Software) kifejezetten kizár minden felelősséget a szoftver által generált pontatlan adatokból, félreértésekből vagy AI-hallucinációkból eredő közvetlen vagy közvetett károkért, elmaradt haszonért vagy harmadik feleknek okozott veszteségekért.
A programok futtatása és feldolgozási sebessége nagyban függ az Ön számítógépének hardveres teljesítményétől. Ön kijelenti, hogy ellenőrizte a megvásárolt szoftver egyedi rendszerkövetelményeit (pl. RAM, GPU támogatás, operációs rendszer verzió), és olyan számítógépen futtatja azt, amely megfelel ezeknek. A nem megfelelő hardver miatti lassú működés vagy futási hiba nem képezheti reklamáció vagy visszatérítés alapját.
A felhasználó elfogadja, hogy a szoftver futtatására használt hardver korlátai (pl. alacsony VRAM vagy RAM) miatt előfordulhat, hogy a program nem engedélyez minden futtatási módot.
A szoftver az aktiváláshoz és az időszakos licencellenőrzéshez internetkapcsolatot és a licencszerverünk elérését igényli. A szerver karbantartásából vagy külső szolgáltatók hibájából adódó ideiglenes leállás nem minősül szerződésszegésnek.
Ha problémája van a licenccel vagy a fizetéssel kapcsolatban, kérjük, először vegye fel velünk a kapcsolatot a [email protected] címen — a legtöbb probléma közvetlenül orvosolható. A fejlesztő fenntartja a jogot a licenc azonnali, visszatérítés nélküli visszavonására, amennyiben a vásárló megszegi a jelen ÁSZF-ben foglalt feltételeket, vagy előzetes support-megkeresés nélkül jogosulatlan terhelés-visszavonást (chargeback) kezdeményez.
A fejlesztő nem felelős a kötelezettségei teljesítésének olyan késedelméért vagy elmaradásáért, amelyet az ésszerű ellenőrzési körén kívül eső események okoznak (pl. internetes infrastruktúra-kimaradás, természeti katasztrófa, vagy harmadik fél szolgáltatók — mint a Stripe vagy a tárhelyszolgáltató — elérhetetlensége).
A jelen ÁSZF-re a román jog irányadó. Bármely jogvitát a román illetékes bíróságok bírálnak el. Amennyiben Ön egy másik EU-tagállamban lakóhellyel rendelkező fogyasztó, ez a rendelkezés nem fosztja meg Önt a lakóhelye szerinti ország kötelező fogyasztóvédelmi rendelkezései által biztosított védelemtől, amelyek szerződéses megállapodással nem zárhatók ki.
Amennyiben a jelen ÁSZF bármely rendelkezése érvénytelennek vagy végrehajthatatlannak minősül, a többi rendelkezés továbbra is teljes mértékben hatályban marad.
A jelen dokumentum nyelvi verziói közötti esetleges eltérés esetén a román nyelvű változat az irányadó, mivel a szolgáltató romániai PFA-ként van bejegyezve.
