Opera & Operetta: The Art of Visual Grandeur
Opera and operetta represent the ultimate synthesis of the arts, where visuals must resonate with the monumental power of music or the vibrant rhythm of the piece. Through my collaborations with the Hungarian Opera of Cluj-Napoca and the Szigligeti Theater, I have managed the visual execution of major productions such as The Csárdás Princess, Die Fledermaus, The Magic Flute, and The Chronicler.
In this environment, the Director of Photography's role is to preserve lighting dynamics and stage depth. I apply a Senior Editor and Colorist approach that follows the musical score's internal rhythm, ensuring an exclusive experience for every recording.
